Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>www.mildchaosclub.com (the &#8220;Store&#8221;) is operated by <strong>Elie Barrieu, entrepreneur individuel (EI)<\/strong>, trading as Mild Chaos, registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Auch under number <strong>983 117 490<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business address: <mark>[BUSINESS ADDRESS]<\/mark><\/li>\n<li>Email: contact@mildchaosclub.com<\/li>\n<li>Phone: <mark>[PHONE]<\/mark><\/li>\n<li>VAT: not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Scope<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms apply to all orders placed on the Store by consumers, meaning individuals buying for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Our products<\/h2>\n<p>All our products are <strong>printed on demand<\/strong>: each item is produced only after you order it, then shipped directly to you by our production partners.<\/p>\n<p>Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real product. Small variations in print placement (usually within 1\u20132 cm) and in fabric shade are normal for printed garments and are not defects. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Prices<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown in euros (EUR). They are final prices: no VAT is added at checkout (<em>VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French CGI<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order (see our <a href=\"\/shipping-policy\/\">Shipping Policy<\/a>). We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.<\/p>\n<p>We currently deliver to France, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Spain only.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Placing an order<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose your products, size and quantity, then add them to your cart.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your delivery details and choose a payment method.<\/li>\n<li>Review your order summary, including the total price and shipping costs. You can correct any mistakes at this stage.<\/li>\n<li>Accept these Terms and click <strong>&#8220;Place order and pay&#8221;<\/strong>. This creates an obligation to pay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We will send you an order confirmation by email. It summarises your order and includes these Terms. The contract is formed when you receive this confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>We may refuse or cancel an order in some cases, for example an abnormal order, suspected fraud, or an existing dispute with the customer. If we cancel, we refund you in full.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Payment is due when you place your order. We accept bank cards and other methods shown at checkout, processed by secure payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your full card details. Production starts only after your payment is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy, which also gives estimated production and delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, you may ask us to deliver it within a reasonable additional period. If we still do not deliver, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund, in accordance with Articles L216-2 and following of the French Consumer Code.<\/p>\n<p>The goods are at your risk once you, or someone you name, take physical possession of them.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/h2>\n<p>You have <strong>14 days from the day you receive your item<\/strong> to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. Our <a href=\"\/returns-refunds\/\">Returns Policy<\/a> explains how to withdraw, including how to use the <a href=\"\/withdrawal\/\">online withdrawal function<\/a>, and what happens next.<\/p>\n<p>This right does not apply to items made to your own specifications or clearly personalised, such as a text, name or image you supplied (Article L221-28 3\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code). Products from our standard catalogue are not personalised items, even though they are printed on demand, so the right of withdrawal applies to them.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Legal guarantees<\/h2>\n<p>All products are covered by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>legal guarantee of conformity<\/strong> for 2 years from delivery (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code). If a product is defective or does not match its description, you can ask for it to be repaired or replaced free of charge. If that is impossible, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund. For the first 2 years, a defect is presumed to have existed at delivery.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>guarantee against hidden defects<\/strong> (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To use these guarantees, contact contact@mildchaosclub.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>We are not liable for problems caused by misuse or by not following the care instructions, by normal wear and tear, or by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>All designs, texts, logos and images on the Store belong to Elie Barrieu \/ Mild Chaos or are used under licence. Buying a product does not give you any right to reproduce its design.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>We process your personal data to handle your order, as described in our <a href=\"\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy &amp; Cookie Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Complaints and mediation<\/h2>\n<p>If you have a complaint, contact us first at contact@mildchaosclub.com. We aim to reply within 7 working days.<\/p>\n<p>If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the following consumer mediator free of charge, within one year of your written complaint to us: <strong>[MEDIATOR NAME, address, website]<\/strong> (Articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code).<\/p>\n<h2>14. Applicable law and language<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by French law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation). In the event of a dispute, you may bring a claim before the court of your place of residence or the court of our registered office.<\/p>\n<p>These Terms are available in English and in French.
