Where we ship
We currently ship to France, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Spain.
We do not ship to other countries for now.
How it works
Every item is printed on demand. Your order goes into production after your payment is confirmed. It is then shipped directly to you from one of our production partners’ facilities, located in the European Union (t-shirts, crop tops) or in Asia (all-over-print tank tops and tube tops).
Your total waiting time is production time + delivery time.

These times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, and carrier delays, can extend them.
Shipping costs
- €4.90 per order.
- Free shipping from €60.
The exact shipping cost is always shown in your cart before you pay.
Multiple items
Items from different production partners may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
Customs and duties
Orders produced in the EU. These orders have no customs fees.
Orders produced outside the EU. Any EU import charges are included in the price you pay. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment, do not pay it and contact us first.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery problems
- Wrong address. Please double-check your address before ordering. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it, but you will have to pay the shipping cost again.
- Lost parcel. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel hasn’t arrived 30 days after your order, contact contact@mildchaosclub.com. We will investigate and reship or refund your order.

Until the parcel is delivered to you, we bear the risk of loss or damage in transit.
